An open letter from our Director…
My grandfather started building in the local area over 85 years ago with several large projects under his belt, my father worked for him learning all aspects of the trade until such times he took the company over when my grandfather retired.
My father successfully continued the business building houses, extensions and carrying out general maintenance. As a young man I would go with him and learn on the job, but my passion really was cars. I trained as a motor mechanic and worked on cars, motorbikes, lorries, and plant for many years.
One Call started one day over lunch with my family, my father wanted to slow things down and get off the tools, I wanted a change and building is in my blood. We decided to work together just as my father and grandfather had done all those years ago.
One Call Property Services is exactly what it says, with just one call all your property needs can be sorted, with our vast knowledge and experience you will be in safe hands.
We carry out all kinds of building and maintenance projects, from building your dream extension or making your existing property something you only dreamed of, to carry out general maintenance.
We have a qualified estimator/surveyor on hand to advise and price your project large or small, our office is manned between 8-5 Monday to Friday there is always someone on hand to answer questions.
All our operatives wear uniforms and drive sign written vans, you know who they are when they arrive. We have a strict health and safety policy which we are proud of, as you can see by our accreditations.
All our operatives are qualified in their particular field, all are qualified to clear up and use hoovers.”]A family run business,
